Addictive (stretched page warning)
Got my hands on this simple little game a couple weeks ago, and it's one of the most addictive mind games I've played in a long time. Titled "Train Dispatcher," your charge is to keep the railroad running fluently. It's pretty simple on the surface, but keeping trains moving in order of priority, routing them to their proper destinations, etc. is a real challenge.
Yeah, I'm a loser.
Pictured below is the south end of the Norfolk Southern 'Rathole' between Cincinnati and Knoxville. Note the 3-way meet about to take place at Tateville, to keep the high-priority intermodal train (lower track, headed left to right) moving.Tags: None
