Putting Video on a Website

I made a slide show with music and I want to put it on the JP.net forum and also on my Xanga. How do I put it on the web. I was looking for Hosting sites but you have to pay for the hosting and also you need to know HTML format, and I dont know HTML. Is there any free hosting sites that you dont need to know HTML .

The HTML for a video is easy. if the extension is .mov or wmv, etc the player on the computer usually just plays it automatically.
