  • Anyone Recognize this Area?

Does anyone recognize where this area is? Supposedly it is in Texas somewhere. Kinda unique with the skyline on the same lake also surrounded by such tall slopes.

Dude--that looks like Brazil, not Texas.

I know it aint Austin (too many buildings)
I know it aint Houston (there's no pollution)
I know it aint San Antonio (get real...)
I know it aint Dallas/Ft. Worth (no traffic in the pic )
        El Paso (where's the Desert?)

        Not Texas

But seriously, can anyone peg the location?

I would have to say British Columbia

In the second photo, it looks like Stanley Park to the left with Vancouver in the background. It is also the only major city which is a boat ride away to scenery in photo number 3.

Plus we have lots of Coleman camping goods here, such as the cooler. Not to mention lots of attractive ladies, too

So, I put all my money on BRITISH COLUMBIA!

I'm tempted to cut the cooler out of that second picture and start pasting it into various 'conspiracy' theme'd pictures ...

Lee Harvey Oswalds gun leaned up against it.
                    Alien autopsy with the cooler
                    And so on

I said Brazil because of the density of the skyline.
                      Not the density of....well....

It was just an (un)educated guess

Legend_Airlines is right - it IS Vancouver! The 2nd pic shows the south side of Stanley Park and the residential towers in the West End. It is also looking towards False Creek. (southest of Stanley Park) The 3rd pic is probably up Howe Sound, north of West Vancouver.

BTW, I go into Vancouver a few times a year.
