I have Windows ME and 2000 Pro.

2000 is the best Windows Operating System yet. It's the most stable and best suited for professional work, hence most corporations use it!

XP Pro is newer, looks better, has new features, is more publicised, but 2000 is more stable!

I also have been skepitcal about Windows XP, but after the positive things I have read here it sounds like a fairly stable OS that is worth considering. One of my concerns about Windows XP is the licensing issues. Has licensing been a problem for any of the XP users, or is it something that hasn't been an issue for you?

I have been using Windows 2000 for a while and I am very happy with it. It has been a MUCH BETTER OS than either Windows 98 or ME were!!
