Okay...it must be under 500kb
Then...when you reply or start a post...go underneath the text box...under additional options, hit "upload Images".
Once there...you hit browse...locate the file you want to upload...and hit upload.
Wait a few minutes...and then it should show up with a box that has the url. You need to only take the part starting in |http...etc... and ending in .jpg|
