Those things looks just ugly enough for people in Seattle to call them a peice of civic art!
Seattle's civic art is beautiful...I thouroughly enjoyed all those buildings and the art-nature of the city when I visited it. I suppose it might get boring after years, but its certainly not 'ugly'.
It's sad that they want to redesign such a nice city. Alaska is very unique and by adding these architectural buildings, it will start to look like every U.S. city.
