Well gents, it looks like I shall be spending a month in this lovely state in May at a flight training school. Exact one yet to be determined, and all advice is gratefully accepted! Currently looking at OFT, EFT, and Naples Flight Training centre.

Do we have any forum members from around there?

What about Embry Riddle or Florida Institute of Technology?

If your looking to get your license to fly for an airline, your less likely to get a job doing that then if you got it at a place such as University of North Dakota , Embry Riddle, Purdue, Western Michigan etc.

Yeah thats false. If u jus want training and not a college life/experience/backup plan.. no reason to shell out all that money.

I could give u some suggestions...just tell me what coast u wanna live on..

Really not worried where I am, although the Gulf coast would be preferable! I'm after training so that I can fly, rather than with any immediate thoughts about flying for an airline
