I have a U2 iPod. It's pretty sleek. You get a U2 poster and 50 dollars off of the "Complete U2" from iTunes which costs $150. I havent downloaded it though.

I like the look of the U2 iPod, reminds me of a monolith from 2001/2010

I thought the U2 one came with the new album, or some greatest hits selections. I guess I was thinking of the coupon.

The blue iPod Mini is in the lead so far. I will have to see how much the 6gb ones are, if they aren't much more than the 4, might as well go with one of those. If the 6gb ones are even out here yet.

I couldn't pay $100/$150 for a download. Real CDs though I could put that down on a good package no problem.

Bestbuy has Mini iPods on sale for $270. That's the cheapest I've ever seen them, usually they are $330.

Edit; Anyone get any 'optional accessories'?

Yeah I am a big U2 fan. But I did not download the album. I'm afraid of how long it will take! I mean, I downloaded 18 track album at it took 45 minutes (my iTunes is very slow) so I don't think I should!

That would take quite some time. If the tracks are downloaded one at a time, at least you could listen to some as they come in.

You know what I think is kinda dumb? The iPod shuffle. Have you seen it? Its like a normal MP3 Player, but it choses which song you listen to. Clever ideal because its cheap- but I wanna pick the song I listen to.

I thought the Shuffle was a little weird.

It made sense after reading some press release about it. They said a large portion of iPod uses play the music on shuffle mode, so they made this little thing. Not a bad idea if you like random tunes coming out. I could see how it could be nice while jogging or something.

I'd rather get the iPod and put it on shuffle though. Especially now that so many stores have the mini iPod for only $230.
