Where I could go out and ride my bike for hours, travelling considerable distances, continually finding new places to ride to and around. And hanging out in our little cubby with my best bud......Simon Daniels was his name.

Those were the days. When I never got any homework, when the days were long and peaceful. When the birds would sing and the weather was dry and moderately warm. Of course this wasn't here in Hong Kong. This was over 5 years ago when I lived in Belgium. What baygone days!

I wish I could revisit the days when I was 7 and my father would take my sister and I to the park, a 10 minute drive away. There we'd ride the pedal boats, play in the playground, and feed the birds. This too was in Belgium.

Of course, when I'm passed University and in the real world toiling away, I will look back on today as a baygone day! Ah the memories...

We never had that when I was in elementary school. I guess cooties isn't a British thing (I went to a British school).......
