I'm with the wussy french guy that the idea of banning guns and knives (that are made to kill people) is a good idea, but it wouldn't work. All it would do is keep the honest people honest. Those that wanted one could still get one. It would be just like the TFRs around where Dubya is. If you have a fast enough plane you could still get in there and do some damage, but all they do is keep those of us that actually follow the rules from where we need to go.Comment

I really question whether or not they'd be able to get to you in time though. If you had a fast enough plane and stayed close enough to the ground that radar couldn't pick you up easily you could get in there before they knew what was happening.
