    Yeah, when him and I went there (UND) last November, we were told that block heaters would be a plus for in the winter time lol.

        It's an American company, but final assembly for most of the models are done in Winnipeg, Manitoba

        edit: it used to be completely Canadian (was owned by Province of Manitoba for a while), but it was sold off some years ago.
