Think to be John Paul II who reached 84 and might have lived even longer should he would not have been wounded in '82 and altogether had to cope with the associated sequels.
I don't remember of his frail predecessors Paul VI and 33-day long John-Paul 1 to have celebrated their 80th birthday.
