This is a simple question. I put this in the off-topic because I didn't know where to put it. Anyway what aircraft is this.
I'm horrible when it comes to identifying warbirds/vintage.
It's not a vintage/warbird. It looks like a Pitts which has retained
- the wings
- rear fuselage
- tail unit and stabilizers
- undercarriage
The reworked parts look to be the
- engine pods and mount to accomodate a radial
- elongated front part to offset the shift of center of gravity fueled by the new powerplant
