A kid I used to hang out with would wake up every morning at 4:20 AM to hit the pipe. He'd go back to sleep, then wake up like normal and hit it several other times during the day... freaking idiot.

The times I've done it, pot would put me right to sleep. If I had a problem with sleep, I'd consider looking into it. It couldn't be much worse than pills, whiskey or good old Nyquil.
