Anyone know where I can get a Shoutcast server?

I am trying to put the Ohio Highway Patrol online and need a shoutcast server todo it I guess

scroll to the bottom and hit download, you'll be taken to a screen with options to listen/dj/serve.

Odd, as far as I remember it was just downloaded, configured, and run. The guy I remember that from isn't around at the moment. I'll hit him uyp for more info when he is. Shouldn't be too long.

Im listening to Shoutcast via Winamp .. Open the Winamp, and scroll down to "online media, there you have two options ShoutCast Radio and shoutcast TV ..press the Radio, and it will retrieve the tunes ...

If I understand correctly, he doesn't want to listen, he wants to BROADCAST.
A shoutcast server is just a computer that you own that you install the broadcast software on and connect it to the internet to stream out the audio.
