I somehow came upon this... Any of you football/soccer fans care to explain?

Is this their version of a touchdown dance?

The soccer-player was accused of sadism, unhealthy tendencies, of the baneful influence on the youth.
I really don't think he influenced the youth in anyway by with his penis celibration. Why the hell would he do this anyway?

What is it with soccer. It seems like everytime the game ends in a riot, or stuff like this happens

That's not true, football matches over here are often very safe and enjoyable to attend. I msyelf enjoy taking in the odd Football match sometimes whilst always of course supporting my favourite football team Newcastle United.

                Stephen,

I think being on the pitch is more dangerous than being in the stands at Newcastle:

I've been to over 200 games and have yet to see a riot, maybe I'm unlucky or maybe it is just a lot safer than the media would like us to think.

Sorry: had to comment on the word "ENJOYABLE" Being a season ticket holder for Gillingham FC for 12 years the last 2 years (and more) have been anything but!! Seriously though I've been watching and travelling to football/soccer matches all over England for God knows how long and it's a great experience. I often treat foreign guests/visitors to the "Priestfield Experience" and they don't easily forget it (for whatever reason!!) What better way to waste hours/days watching a bunch of hapless cloggers punting a ball around with no sense of purpose 300 miles from home on a Tuesday evening getting home at 4am all for a 2-0 defeat!! It makes watching 100 tons of metal screaming in to land every few minutes from a hole in a fence the most sensible thing on the planet!! Goddam my brain hurts!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
