Southwest Employee Communications used the color version of this photo in their monthly Employee news magazine "Luv Lines" for this month. They cropped it a little closer than I have it here, but I was surprised to see my name as the photo credit! The men in the picture are part of the Tuskegee Airmen.

Step 1. Image > Adjustments >Desaturate
Step 2. Image > Mode > Grayscale
Step 3. Image > Mode > Duotone
Step 4. In the duotone box, adjust the curves for Black the way you like it. Then double-click on "ink 2" and do the same for the color you pick.
You can even do a tritone or quadtone if you choose.
When you save it you'll have to choose "Save for Web" if you want a JPEG, otherwise it will be a .PSD file.
