And poor me who thought 5 was the highest number of stars ._.

Wouldn't mind staying at that hotel though if I ever got the money for it Is it usual for fresh fish to have white juice coming out of them?? I've never had that fresh a fish (well... never had a fresh fish, period), so I really don't know... gotta try that sometime!

          Janni,

Trust me, you'll be delighted when you'll turn 30 and everybody will ask you "Aren't you 20/21/22 or something?" because that's what usually happens to people who look younger in their teens.

I always get delighted when people just assume that I'm in my late 20's.

Two years ago a 15 year-old American girl (no offence intended American guys) travelling in the same group as I was, asked me if I was still in college or working already. I just told her that I was working already.

By the way, when I told the same girl that there was a 10-hour difference between Haiwaii (where we were in the summer) and mainland Portugal (my country) she asked me if I was living in Hawaii according to the my country's time or Hawaii's time.

The guy was probably referring to the fish fat.

And if you want to try really fresh and delicious fish you are invited to come to Portugal. You'll still see here fishing boats arriving with fish still alive.

          Cheers.

P.S. Can't you ride planes cheaper too?

I just stood there with a nice confused look on my face. "Heres your FUEL slip, have a good day"
Mine is kinda like that..... One time I was just finishing up on a United Express Air Whisky to ORD, and the Dulles flight was on the ground at the same time. I finished up AW and was going upstairs to give the captain the fuel slip, while pax were geting on the Dulles plane.. he says to me "Why did you walk past those pax and let them get on the wrong plane?" I replied "Do you have enough fuel to get to Chicago?" he says "yeah" I replied, "Cause thats all I care about." and handed him a copy of the slip......

I'm sure It was a big problem in Australia when I went out to the pubs with my fellow volunteers however (I volunteered at a wildlife sanctuary) "are you really 18?" They ended up staring at my passport (didn't have any other ID) for quite a while, thinking it was fake

Until I'm 26, I can get youth tickets on some airlines I could ask for assistance in airports too as children under the age of 17 are entitled to this when they're travelling alone (however, when they check my passport, they might find out) when I went to Oz in Dec 2001/Jan 2002, I got assistance, and I got upgraded to business on the BKK-SYD leg so they could keep an eye on me Also, I got free soft drinks and I was allowed to use the Thai ground staff lounge AND computers it was dead cool

But they might want to see my passport, yes

A couple years ago I broke my wrist at hockey practice, so I still had a good portion of my gear on, for about the 4hrs I waited in the emergency room, I would say roughly about 100 people asked "Did you do that playing hockey" im like WTF does it look like.
