    Very justified.

IF you look at the actual stopping of her car, it looks like she hit a mailbox or something yellow ont he ground, too.

She was being placed under arrest, didn't comply, and then took a swing at an officer.....she's lucky she was only tasered.

I downloaded the video before this thread, i was planning on making a thread on it myself

Stupid b*tch got what she desearved.

Policeman: "put your phone down" Stupid b*tch: "NO! i'm calling someone"

And then she tries to get a sympathy vote by whimpering at the end. Pitty the taser wasn't a pistol.

My video is the same as the one posted right?

The top of the page says it was a routine traffic stop, and it doesn't mention DUI or anything particularly wrong. She could have just simply lost control for a split second and crashed into a mailbox.

I really think the cops jumped the gun (no pun intended) on this one. In the Atlanta area, the county I live in (Gwinnett) is under fire for killing someone with one of these. The officers aren't really being punished for it. It's ridiculous that two policemen had to resort to tasing a 22 year old woman who clearly wasn't any threat. Why not consider hitting her ear and push the phone to the ground? This woman is an idiot, and by all means, she should be fined and punished for whatever traffic rule she violated, but nothing she did justified getting tased. She could have easily been subdued by two armed, trained rather well built policemen without the Taser.

Regardless of what gets someone into a situation where the police get involved and have to arrest or fine you, they generally don't jump on you with out warning. There's really no reason to not take whatever warning they give seriously, they aren't joking around or entertaining you. :|

How can people say that she DESERVED to be tased, I'm sorry? Let's say that she deserved getting tased once... she certainly didn't deserve to get tased twice...

He COULD have dragged her out of the car, that would've been the right thing to do in this situation in my opinion... she was talking on her cellphone and didn't listen to the police officer, but she didn't deserve to get tased.

For those of you that think the officers should have pulled her out-

1.) They didn't know if there was a gun/weapon in the vehicle or not
2.) She probably would have been harmed more from being pushed onto the concrete than if she had been tased.
3.) According to the officer who tased her, the woman took a swing at the other officer, which resulted in her being tased.

Thats pretty ignorant. She doesn't deserve to be shot with a pistol because she wouldn't get off the phone. She got exactly what she deserved, i have to say though, i would personally throw that phone down and leap out of that car ASAP. I'm sure tasers don't feel all that good.

I've always been a little curious as to how they felt.

Just go to South Florida or hell, even Gwinnett, Georgia...they're usually trigger happy

deep down, of course I agree how it'd feel too. I just don't want to know it's coming; it should be in a traffic situation. Maybe I should learn to be ignorant of laws from now on

saying she should have been killed was maybe a bit strong, but far out! how can anyone ignore/be rude to police like that, it's just crazy.

jannichan I had to read your post twice to make sure you said she shoulden't have been tasered, are you being serious? That whore wasn't budging, ignoring repeated clear instructions by police, and for all the police knew getting ready to attack them

Then again, you dont know if anyones has a gun but we dont go around tasing all of them do we. Whenever cops go to a house for an interview (say for a crime scene investigation) they dont tase them cause they dont know if they have a gun.
