Simpleboy that's all waaaaaaaaay over my head

What about me learning the start of red hot chilli peppers - scar tissue it sounds pretty easy.

Also can anyone play a crisp F Major chord? I'm having so much trouble getting it, the holding down 2 strings with one finger buggers me up!

A Power chord is the root, 5th and the octave.
So to play an A Powerchord the tab would be.

    E|---
    B|---
    G|---
    D|-7-
    A|-7-
    E|-5-

I hate playing smells like teen on bass, so looooooooong and booooooring.

G-MIDY my buddy, If your ever bored send us a audio file of you playing S.L.T.S on acoustic, I'd loooooooooooooooooove to hear how it's played in this form. If you did, dont sing over the guitar, that would be embarrising for both of us.
No,no no! You honestly don't want to hear my version! LOL
I know someone who can get the main jist of the beginning but can't play the full thing, he uses an electric with amp so it must be quite difficult...

    How about "Far Away"?

Probably everyone around you will like it if you play "far away"! At least while you're learning.

To go along with that Cliff Richard song, perhaps you can learn the theme song to "The Young Ones" and start reciting the works of The People's Poet, Rik!
