When is police brutality not police brutality?

    Never.

The officer in that video is clearly slamming the poor guys head into the hood of the car. Notice how each time his head hits the hood, the officer's arm is on the guy's shirt collar.

every year thousands of complaints are made to the NSW police service about police brutality. Of course we have our own independant review council that looks at all these incidents down to the nitty gritty.

My personal view is who bloody cares! If you have done something wrong and the law is after you, why can't we go hard on those criminals.

My worst experiance is when some idiot driver doing 140k/h down the main street of syndey was pulled over by me when he made a dash for it to get away from me i pulled out of asp and rather hard struck it across his back legs. Mind you their was alot of people watching this and no-one made a complaint. I personally did it to hard. What is your views? Was that police brutality?

Another time a foot chase around the CBD of sydney we was called to assist. Running commentary all the time by the person following him. I thought ahead and when he came running round the corner i just lifted my elbow up and decked him! He ended up with a broken nose. He made a police brutality claim i defended and i won, on the grounds that he was failing to stop for the law and the previous crime that he had just committed.

            Get a laugh of this............................

This guy made a complaint against me and even got a lawyer who was laughing becuase he had a bad case to prove.

We had just ended a 2hr pursuit of a guy in the northern suburbs of Sydney when he crashed his car into mine! He tried to get away only to be brought down by me. As i was putting the cuffs on him he picked up a piece of glass and slashed me on my face. The other guy who i was with proceeded to give him a swift kick to his solar plexes and drawn out his firearm armed it and pointed it at the guys head. By the way i had to end up with 3 stiches.

What you call that police brutality after what he had done?
Some people in today's society are so thick!
