Amtrak questions

I hate to admit it but I am taking a train over a plane. I've only been on Amtrak twice and they were both when I was a little kid.

I just booked a business class ticket from Portland to Seattle. Whats it like? What do they do for service? Are the trains typically more comfortable than say a CRJ? 747 first class?

Airfare was around $180 o/w. I got this ticket for $44 in business. Couldn't pass it up and thought it would be a fun adventure.

Biz class on amtrak is sorta like biz class on an airline. Also, you can get all the free soda you want in the cafe car.

Amtrak isn't all that bad, even their coach service is comfortable for short trips. I take them all the time from BWI to downtown DC.
