Are there any people here who like to take cruises?

I have taken the Tiger Cruise of the US Navy.. Its cool especially the airshow that they organized in the middle of the ocean...

But I would like to take a commercial cruise such as the Voyager of the Sea and the Disney Cruise...

If you want peace and quiet, the Disney Cruise may not be the best choice because there are always so many kids onboard. They have almost an entire deck devoted to children. But in my opinion,I think cruising is a lot better than flying a plane. I think cruising is the best way to travel but when you are pressed for time, taking a flight is basically the only option. But the best thing about cruising is that you only need to unpack once. You don't have to worry about getting around, where to eat, where to stay, etc. And after you are done eating dinner, you can leave right away. No bills there! So for people who haven't taken any cruises yet, I highly suggest it. It is better than flying to a place, checking in a hotel, renting a car, worrying about where to eat. When cruising, you can really truly let loose... on your vacation!

Thank you! It's all from the fact that I watch the Travel Channel too much.

Oh ResidenSea, I was just thinking about that. Do you remember the end of that episode that they are thinking of doing something similar like that but in the air?

Yea, i recall it but i can recall the details.. But about it.. such thing could be impossible.. i mean what plane can be suitable for such project.. so far the biggest commercial airliner is currently the A380.. if configured to such amenities, it would weight so much that it could be impossible for it to get off the ground... get me?

I just checked the show(recorded it) and they said that the Freedom Corporation is already building a floating city that will be approx. a mile long which will house 20,000 people yearly! Compare that to the 3,000 Voyager of the Seas houses! But they also said that there could be a resort in space!

I'm 16 and I've been on 5 cruises, one each year since I was 11.

                    Majesty of the Seas
                    Sovereign of the Seas
                    Carnival Sensation
                    Enchantment of the Seas
                    Jewel of the Seas

I loved them all....Go Royal Caribbean!

I've taken two from Toronto up the St. Lawrence Seaway to Halifax. It was mostly older people, but it was a pretty decent time. Skeet shooting and shuffleboard CAN be fun, woah!

I'd like to take one of those cruises around Alaska some time, those look amazing.

I would LOVE to go on a cruise someday, especially one in the Caribean

I haven't been able to as my parents both get seasick, my mom's afraid of sailing and my brother doesn't want to- so basically, i miss someone to cruise WITH there's no way I'm going alone, I think I'd lose what I have left on my sanity

Haven't cruised yet but can imagine that it is a lot of fun. The longest time I stayed on a ship so far was on my journey from Kiel/Germany to Oslo/Norwey and it lasted one night .

But I'll be on a different cruise in the end of August. My father can sail and he rented a sailboat for our family (probably the last family vacation) to cruise around in Croatia. I'm very much looking forward to that!
