    Frightening Old NTSB Report

    I was browsing the old NTSB reports and saw this one. http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/brief.asp?ev_id=90&key=0 . DEAR GOD!! That's horrible . Too bad for the girl's family.

    Ouch... I feel bad for the pilot who had to watch that too :/ He'll be blaming himself forever over this, even though it obviously wasn't his fault...

      Wow...why the hell would someone do that?! I would understand if it was an accident, but the report says she ignored warnings.
