It's a chinese crested. It has several birth defects, is blind and deaf and can barely walk. The owner is an evil b*tch who only keeps him alive to earn money or fame on occasions like this. I'm sorry, I can't find it funny. That dog should be put down immediately, not because it's ugly, but because it has so many diseases. I feel sorry for him
