          I went to the Stratosphere during a lunar ecplise with my tripod and the f*ing security guard would not let me take it up to the observation deck. Said someone may trip over it. I ended up having to balance my camera on one of those coin-fed binocular thingies.

                I just got back from Las Vegas...I stayed at Monte Carlo...

                My other guess is from the Stratosphere, assuming you have a decent tele lens.
