C2C have helped me kill many nights when I couldn't sleep. That Richard C. Hoagland is on every once in a while, the guy is a nut. I don't think I've ever taken anything he's said very seriously. And then there's the guy who captured Bigfoot.......I've been sleeping a little too well to know what happened with that. -
Whats really funny and a bit disturbing is that there is a huge audience (one of th largest in the N.Am radio market) and a sizable portion of C2C's listeners take what they hear as the gospel. I was listening to one caller from Chicago who actually believed that this storm was an attempt by the 'shadow goverment' to test the killing effect of this type of storm would have on a major metro area...simply amazing!

Whenever there's some major event there's always conspiracists who find some tiny little strand of a 'possibility' and speculate over it. Just look how many people are convinced the moon landing was faked! I almost fell for the 9/11 thing when I realised there are perfectly logical explanations for everything, which make more sense (except for AA 77 (the pentagon one
)).

Did some checking on that and as I (and you) suspected, it was a hoax. Apperently on colleuge of his was trying to pull a fast one. From what I gather, George gave him a choice, refund the monies to all of those who paid to view his (Tom Bascardi) bigfoort website (man, there a lot of morons out there) or be banished from C2C, as well as being reported to the authorities.
