I think we should all take a little time to respect the rescuers who are really putting an effort into finding katrina victims. I hope that everyone who was affected by the hurricane has enough food, water, decent shelter, clean clothing, and gets to take a shower. Those of you who have katrina victims entering your state, should be welcoming. Just imagine YOU losing your home, maybe some of your family, and you are hungry and thirsty, and have lost your CITY. Wouldn't you want someone caring? I hope the city of New Orleans and other affected areas are drained very quickly and everything goes back to the way it previously was. Take the time now to show that you care by posting. Thank you.

flyfirst, your sentiment is appreciated, but we have just had several threads on the topic of Katrina, where people have expressed their condolences for the victims and gratitude towards the relief workers. Not everything must be posted to be meant, and I'm sure those who did not physically post a message were not lacking in their humanity.
For your reference, here is one of the threads, in which you too can express your sentiments:
http://www.jetphotos.net/forums/show...t=26782&page=1"The Director also sets the record straight on what would happen if oxygen masks were to drop from the ceiling: The passengers freak out with abandon, instead of continuing to chat amiably, as though lunch were being served, like they do on those in-flight safety videos."
