  • Route/classic aircraft

For those who picked a route/ aircraft on my other thread, this one asks if you could pick any classic aircraft to service that route, which would it be. Mine would be the Vickars VC-10. A very sharp sleek looking aircraft of it's day!
    Who's on first?..........

The Messerschmitt Bf 109 of course . Forget about routes, it would be a privilege just to be in the same room as the only genuine 109 (airworthy) still in existance, the Black 6

              Modern classic:
              Delta L-1011 on a round-the-world trip, routing HAM-AMS-LHR-BOS-JFK-ATL-JAX-MBJ-SXM-AUA-GIG-GRU-EZE-SCL-LIM-LIR-CUN-SLC
              -LAS-LAX-OGG-HNL-ANC-NRT-KIX-NGO-GUM-SYD-PER-SYD-BKK-HKG-CAN-DXB-JNB-CPT
              -CMN-MAD-ZRH-HAM
              Retro classic:
Delta DC-7, same routing, with a few stops added on the long segments.
