Offtopic for sure (Need help with Snitz Forums)

Hello guys..

Are any of you familiar with Snitz -powered hosting forums ??

Anyway I have a little problem, I 'm a moderator on a danish simulator site. And they asked me if I can do something about it.
What my problem is, when we quote, it doesnt says who the person we quoted the text from.

Its like ......

You dont know who this text belong to..Cause the name doesnt appear where it should be.

I have visited and joined the Snitz support forum, but they havent yet validated my username, thus I cant make a thread for help on the issue. Nor can I find the issue there. So now Im going to someone else for help.
