Fire Capitain whats my pictures

A fire Capitain from my local city fire department is wanting to enlarge, frame and hang my pictures that I took at a fire scene. I have already resized them to 1024x640 for a website. Should I give the capitian the original pictures or the 1024x640. What would be better for quality when he makes them bigger and frames them.

It's a tough call but I think giving him the full resolution picture would be best.
