I've heard that the lowest prices in the U.S. are in Oklahoma. I believe it because I was in OKC yesterday and the prices were at least 20-30 cents lower than here in LIT.

I filled for 82.4 a litre or 3.74 a gallon. Still a rip off in a province who has the largest supply of un tapped oil on the globe.

I only buy gas for my personal vehicle. I'm an employee of the company I work for, and they buy all the fuel for their vehicles so I don't take a hit there. Actually, we were told not to worry too much about the high fuel prices since it is not that big of a percentage of our operating costs. Of course, at the same time every little bit helps our bottom line so as always we try to conserve fuel by not idling the vehicles whenever possible.

Prices have also gone down here. Maybe down 40 cents last week.

It's even lower now. I saw $1.979 today.

And I now have to rescind my comment about how driving stretch limos sucks. I got $240 in tips on Wednesday, on top of $222 in pay. Why do I want to be a pilot again?

meanwhile, in the world of depleting supply and demand, or so they have said, Exxon reported a $10 billion profit for the third quarter.

    that's quarter.

    that's three months.

Our gas prices are down around $2.30 around here, which is a big improvement from the prices during the labor Day weekend. But I also am less concerned about the gas prices these days since I recently started in a new position where I am able to commute by express bus each day.
