    Odd song themes

    Currently listening to one by Split Enz called 'shark attack'. The lines 'Now i'm lost at sea and i'm an amputee' and 'slaughter in the water' made me wonder just what induced them to write the song! Its not like they're some heavy 'rock' slipknot rubbish or anything, they're a perfectly normal (mainly) kiwi band from late 80s/ early 90s. Had the Finn brothers of Crowded House fame.

    Anyone else got any particuarly odd lyrics or song themes they can think of off-hand?

    I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
    I felt the earth beneath my feet
    Sat by the river and it made me complete

      and the wierdest of all, and hopefully won't offend any of the ladies here...
