Help with buying binoculars.

I'm looking at buying some binoculars, not for a specific purpose, just for general use such as looking at girls and planes.

I found an advertisement and it says I can get my money back if I'm not happy.

Here is a scan of the specs. I was wondering if someone could tell me If the binoculars are a good buy.

I checked out a pair of Canon ones over the weekend. I'm not looking for any, I've already got a semi-cheap pair, but I had to check out these binoculars with "Image Stabilization". They were quite nice really.

Anyway, whats the return policy on those? If it's not bad, it can't hurt to check them out.
