I don't know much about Muslim fasting, but don't people die or at least become very sick without food for a few weeks? never lone a month! 
I woulden't make a good Muslim, when no one's watching I'd slip a few sandwiches down my gob

Its not 30 straight days of fasting- just between sunrise and sunset.
And I can assure you, that just because you're not Muslim wouldnt necessarily make you a bad one at all- just look at the idiots killing people needlessly across the globe who purport to be "Muslim".
