I've had quite a few (not that I only dream of planes... I SWEAR I don't only dream of planes... I really don't ...

Among others, the 9/11 dream... where everyone survived ... a few other crashes as well (most of them 744s... even in my dreams, I look at the safety cards...). And then, the normal flying ones where it takes around 5 minutes to get to Japan or Australia and sometimes, you don't even remember flying there

But really, I don't have that many dreams about planes, my brain is too messed up for that

EDIT: Oh! And a recent one! There was a cessna crashing... me and my friend was watching it. Once it had crashed, we ran to the site... when we arrived at the site, it was a tristar, not a cessna... high wtf factor there...

My dreams are pretty elaborate. One started out with me flying on UA175 on 9/11, except it was a 763 not a 762. And when it hit the world trade center, it didn't blow up. It just more or less sat there in the buliding, all in one peice, and everyone got off and walked away. I got off the plane, and it was in my classroom. No clue how that happened. Then raptors came through the windows and started eating people, I climbed into an airvent and escaped while the raptors devoured the whole class. Then I rode ex-49er's Quaterback Steve Young in the form of a winged sentar(half man half horse) to saftey. I remembered the whole thing when i woke up and wrote it down, because it was awesome!

I think I had lots of dreams where I'd be looking out the window of my house in the hills above SFO watching the planes where one would crash. I remember a dream where a NCA 742F took off of 19L and then stalled and exploaded in downtown Millbrae. It was pretty realistic, and it distroyed the BART station and all sorts of stuff.

And then I remember one where a UA 744 landed on 19R and overran the runway. It crossed 101 and hit a few cars but then came to a hault. I went down to watch as passangers came down on yellow slides, then all of a sudden the engines started and all the passangers who just went down the slides were sucked into the engines and the wings and most of the plane exploaded. After the explosion I picked up a scrap of metal and the local news weatherman Spencer Christian was lying there dead with shrapnal in his chest. That was pretty crazy.

Saying that is no different to tapping someone on the shoulder and saying "you'll never believe what just happened" then while the person is waiting in anticipation you just shrug your shoulder's and walk off leaving the person to wonder.

Recently I dreamed that I was in a NW A320 at night, and the pilot was flying at a really low altitude at night over a lake in Minnesota, just messing around, and I was just walking around the plane from the cockpit to the area near the engine looking out the window.
I think the dream came about from the fact that I had watched the Mirage 2000 low level flying video on google several times before I went to sleep, and i looked at the pics I took from a NW A320 on approach over a lake near MSP in real life. So I guess my brain just put those two things together in some weird way

Then a long time ago I dremed I flew on the Concorde to England.

Other than that I seem to dream about other random stuff, I can't remember much of the dreams now though.

Usually, my flying dreams don't involve planes, I'll just jump and be in the air in a slow ballistic trajectory. Sometimes I'll have weird plane dreams, though. Once I saw this Lockheed Constellation in US colors. Another time there was this awesome looking business jet sized hypersonic aerospace plane pulling up to the gate at Pit, and then it hit a ground vehicle, skidded and stopped with its nose in the air. I wanted to fly on it but then I woke up Then, another time, I had a dream I was walking in the woods and I found the wreckage of a B742 or maybe B743. I remember feeling really sad then waking up. There, I just shared some stupid dreams for the world to see my best plane dreams involve, well, I think we all know.

I have dreams about flying infrequently, but they're interesting & make no sense when I have them. For example, I took a trip on a Delta L-1011 a few weeks ago & I guess it was supposed to be in normal life.

But if I dream something aviation-related, for some reason I always dream about crashes or other accidents. So far, IIRC, I have witnessed in my sleep the accidents of a TU-134 and a TU-154 at HAM, which overshoot the runway and then fell down into a huge canyon at the end of the runway (so much for reality), a headon collision of the plane that I was in with a DC-10, and a flight were through the window I could see the wing being ripped off, but fortunaly my clock woke me up before the plane met the ground.
No idea why all the negativity in my aviation dreams, but I hope neither is a vision of my death .

I've had similar stuff happen. For example, I remember having a dream where a Spirit MD-80 was taking off, did a long loop & then crashed right in front of the condo we stayed at in SJU (which was across the street from Rwy 8 ). Oddly enough, the last time I was there was before NK started in there, so I never saw one of their planes at SJU in person.

I also had an aviation dream (nightmare) where I was in BizElite on a DL 777 that was hijacked & just before the plane landed, the hijackers gave up & sat back down as if nothing happened. Coincidentally, I was on a DL 777 (in the back) CVG-CDG a couple of weeks later.

I dream of upcoming flights, for example im flying to BWI tomorrow, and the other day i dreamt I flew SWA into BWI and ran into some jp.net membrs, said hey and then went to my cousisn house. my dreams are normal, no dramam or anything, my last dream aviation wise that was dramam involved me flying into the tower on sept 11th

i woke up right before I hit the tower. i never die or crash in my dreams. iw ound up crashing but never die. they say the brain can't handle the stress of you dying in your dreams, and wakes you up before you actually die. so iv heard..

I dream about planes and stuff all the time! like my most recent "Plastic YVR" and me going to HNL on UAL and flying low over city ect... yup. lot, fluxuates between girls, planes, and girls on and in planes.

Oh it's crossed my mind a time or two... But until the industry is in better shape, I'm not leaving the job security I have now.
