Okay, myself and Simpleboy decided to perform a little test. For those of you that don't know, dihydrogen monoxide is a chemical found in lakes and rivers. Its frequently used in agriculture and nuclear power plants. These people are putting it on crops and as a result just about all food products contain it. This means its ending up in our bodies and our children's too. We need to stop the use of dihydrogen monoxide!

Important note: do not reply to this thread! We need it to be as unbiased as possible

It's a corrosive, and there have been many deaths as a result of its use, particularly when used in conjunction with sodium chloride or hypochlorite. It can also cause vomitting and can interfere with bodily functions.

I assume we are allowed to post now. I did my fair share of research on dihydrogen monoxide before voting, and while it is a toxic substance (although that is arguable), it need not be banned.

Dihydrogen monoxide is a very dangerous and deadly chemical (arguable too, but let's assume it is for the moment). Even a thimbleful of it can be lethal. If it is so widely sprayed on our fruits and vegetables, surely we would have ingested more than a thimbleful by now right? I don't see people dropping dead like ninepins however - an obvious indication that chemical usage is monitored and is not quite as dangerous to the population at large as is being pointed out.

Additionally, though this point carries less weight than the other, the drug has been looked into by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and has not been banned, thereby strengthening my opinion that however it is being used, it is safe enough.

It can also cause vomitting and can interfere with bodily functions.
So does pregnancy, flu, indigestion etc. Feel like banning sex?

                    LOL

                    This IS a serious issue
There's even an entire research division devoted to dihydrogen monoxide

Why, do you tend to puke a lot while your having sex? Sounds like you need to relax.
