Is this a real Holiday Inn?

This Holiday Inn is supposedly right by Niagara Falls, and uses a very similar logo as the well-established motel chain Holiday Inn. But when you search for a room in that Holiday Inn, the official Holiday Inn site gives you nothing.

Is this a real Holiday Inn or a spook? One website is www.holidayinn.com (the alleged fake) and the chain's site is www.holiday-inn.com Does anyone know what these people are up to?

See, that's what I was thinking, but then it came to me. In theory, the people who run the "fake" Holiday Inn could have registered the copyright with the Canadian government before the real Holiday Inn did. So while the copyright is theirs, they could still let the real Holiday Inn operate with their name for free or for a charge (Dunno about that). But it seems possible.
