Mike Bullard

I got XM Radio for X-Mas and have finally had some time to discover this wonderful new medium. Anyways, I was listening to a Canadian channel (Laugh Attack) and one of the featured comics was name Mike Bullard. This guy had me in stiches so much so that I had to pull off the road. Now, since many of the acts aired are dated, I was wondering if this guy is still doing stand up? I could not get a lot of info on him from Google, especially regarding to tour dates. I am sure that the many Canadians who use this forum are familiar with Mike so any info would be apperciated.

I know he has a late night show here (like Jay Leno and David Letterman) however I havent seen it recently... Do not know what he is up to lately however hopefully he comes back soon, he was hilarious.

Rick Mercer is the best hands down. Bullard used to be on Global TV but then moved to CTV (because Global shelved his show) and got cancelled a third of the way through the season cause he sucked on CTV according to the ratings. He tried to apply to the CBC but got turned down again.

I havent seen him on Just for Luaghs or anything, even the Comedy Network doesnt carry his show cause they think its bad.

Mike Bullard is a national disgrace to most Canadians. Not only is his humour tacky and lowbrow, but the guy has zero stage presence and zero personality.

So glad his show was cancelled... reserve the time slot for some actual talent...

Mike Bullard isn't really my kind of humour. I also like characters with more intelligence, such as Rick Mercer.
Bullard used to have a long running night spot on CTV and Comedy Network, called Open Mike. Then for some reason, he decided to switch to Global, and hosted the Mike Bullard Show. It was cancelled after just a few months due to low ratings and hasn't been on TV since then.
