I'm Going to Build A Forum's Website

Hi all,

I'm going to build a forum's website. I'm going to start small with approximately five boards in a single category.

Phase One: Homework
Can anyone tell me the difference between a Bulletin Board, a Forum and a Message Board?

Also, I've included a poll with this thread, please vote for which forum host you think I should use.

Anyways, whilst phase one is in progress, I'll make a start on phase two - boards and categories, I was thinking:

Category: General Discussion
Boards: Gaming/Internet/Hobbies/???/???

Help me out with deciding the boards please ppl!

And im talking in general,for a forum to work they normally need a website along with them for them to work properly...

No I deleted it by accident and got rid of 1 years worth of posts so i never made a new one

I'd go for VBulliten, not free, but IMHO is the best.

P.S. Unles your going to target a certin group(other then aviation), I wouldnt bother. we have JP.net for aviation related descussions.
