Actually it's pretty convenient for me out here because the airport and golf course are right next to each other. Hole 7 out here is right under the approach for 1, but it's still a couple hundred yards out, though.

No not really. Tried it several times, on company get together celebration event. I and I admit it myself, svcked at the driving range. Couldnt get the damn golfball farther than 250 yards.. Isnt that low ?

I play alot, just waiting for the weather to warm up a tad bit here, all the snows gone the weather is just still in the high 30s-low 40s. I have about an 11 handicap, hope to get it down to about an 8 by the end of the year. Best round I ever shot was a 74 last year, I usually average around an 80-85. It's a fun way to relax, espically when your playing good.

Here in the summer I go with 3 friends everyother week. Head out early morning, hang out all day. A lot of friends, esspically when we play new courses every couple weeks. (Being blessed living in Ithaca we have a choice of like 10-15 golf courses)
