In Las Vegas, it's 21 no ifs, ands, or buts. It's mainly because of the casinos being in the hotels.

Reminds me of one year in high school. Some dumbass thought it a good idea to schedule a hockey practice at like 7am on the day after we had an evening game. We had won that game, so needless to say there was some celelbration. Anyway, at 6:30, people start showing up. Not everybody is there, but I'd say a good majority is. So about 6:50, we realise that I'm the only goalie there. Right then, the other goalie comes through the door of the locker room in the same clothes he was wearing the night before, and looked like a complete mess. He starts putting his gear on and I ask "wtf happened to you". He said "I just woke up about 45 mins ago....in a covered bike rack outside Heufeld train station" (Heufeld was like 6-7 miles west of the town we played in). Kid had absolutely no idea how he got there. Props to him for showing up to practice though

hmm so what do i do. Ill be 18 in Sept. Do I book online, and go to chicago hoping for the best, and take my dads credit card with me and my learners permit? Or should I wait till I get to Chicago and book into a motel?

It's 18, im staying in the Luxor in April, and their policy says 18 to stay there, and thats what they told us on the phone.

                From the Luxor website

All reservation requests must have the first and last name of the adult occupying the room. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS OR CHECK-IN TO A ROOM.
And Fly, why are you going to chicago alone anyway?

Just tip a hat down over your eyes and talk in a deep voice, also if you can get a nice goatee going it helps. Just don't discuss your age and you should be fine. Works in casino's up here, espically since my ID looks pretty much nothing like me.

You could always buy a CTA card and sleep on the train with the bums. One time I was staying in a hotel out by O'Hare by the Rosemont stop on the Blue Line. That's the last stop before the end of the line at O'Hare. I went down to the city drinking and I passed out on the train on the way back. I woke up as the train was pulling into O'Hare and I had to do the walk of shame with all the bums over to the next train to leave the station so I could get back to my stop.

Option # 2 is to try to pick up a hottie somewhere and go back and sleep at her place.

Would think that would be in the plan somewhere, espically if your gonna have a hotel room to yourself.
