Last night 10 of us went down to Austin Music Hall in downtown Austin to see the David Crowder Band and Third Day. We left Burnet about 5:15 and drove down there to stand in line to get our tickets for $35. After standing in line a while, this lady came up and said she had 8 tickets and 7 of us didn't have our tickets yet as the other three had already bought theirs online. So we got them for $26. (I got mine for $25 because I had to break a 50.) So we waited in line for about 30-45 minutes or so, I'm not really sure how long exactly.

We tried to get one of our friends to hug the cow.
So we got in and waited for about 30 minutes for it to start. Then finally about 8 David Crowder came on stage and even though the lights were off that were pointing onto the stage, the backstage lights showed the silluoette of David Crowder and we knew it was him because of the goutee.
This is during "Forever and Ever, Etc." which is an awesome song. He's playing the key-taur that he did NOT buy from Toys-r-us laying down a phat beat.

Then "Here Is Our King" a few songs later this time with a guitar.

Then they played "You Are My Joy" which is also an awesome song. They had strobe lights going onto the sheet behind them and I got this really cool pic.

Then their last song was "Sing Like The Saved" which is really fun when you're in the crowd. Especially when it comes to "a joyful noise we will make"

Then there was a 15 minute intermission in which during that time the lights on the sheet went blue for a few minutes.

Then Third Day came on. I don't really know much of their music but they're pretty good.

This is just a cool shot.

During the song "Tunnel"

This was taken barely an instant before the lights changed.

He actually asked if there were Longhorn fans there.
Hook 'em!!!!!!

They finished after that then after a couple minutes came back on and played some more.

Then this was the last shot I took.

It finally ended at 11 and then we decided to go to IHOP to eat. We found one about 12 and ate until about 1245. We had the most awesome waitress we could've had. We had so much fun there. After that we made our way back to Burnet and arrived about 2am. I went to bed about 220 and woke up at 715 to get ready for school. Today was pretty weird with the lack of sleep so I've had this headache for a little while.
The awesome thing about David Crowder is that he sounds exactly live as he does on his cds.
