I'm a huge fan of detroit techno especially the minimal sounds of people like Jeff Mills and Kenny Larkin, more recently names like Surgeon and Murder Boys have been the force behind techno becoming a more appreciated music form...i don't care for people who catergorize trance/house/doof doof as techno...techno is the truest form of electronic dance music, it evolves while the others stay the same.
