How to assign a picture to a song ???

Hey I was listening to music and I noticed that one song (in mp3 format) has a picture assigned to it:



So i decided to check if my mp3 player displayes it and yes:



instead of a number




My question is how to assign pictures to a mp3 file ???

^I found that a problem. I hate it when all my songs had recoped themselves. So he's not the only one with that. Patrick. Do you see that as a problem ?

I do that's because I have them on my disc and when I playe them they appeared there once. But the when I played music from my MP3 they were added again This really sucks
