Yesterday, I was supposed to go ride my horse for the first time... right as I was about to get out of bed to get ready for this, my stomach starts cramping up and I'm rushed to the doctor who gives me a shot of morphine as well as prescribing some morphine pills... of course, telling me that I certainly shouldn't be getting on a horse- not for the next WEEK at least

Turns out another ovarian cyst has taken its toll (5th time this year alone) and the doctors now recommend that I get my entire uterus removed when I turn 25, due to the vast amount of ovarian cysts I keep generating... that gives me 5 years to find a man, get the kids I want and then get the surgery that of course will prevent me from ever having anymore kids  Pleeenty of time...

I have found a way to twist the rules so I can get on my horse however- someone just need to keep it on a leash for me and walk beside it to make sure it doesn't buck, rear or set off on a wild gallop, so things are looking a LITTLE bright

Also my dad is coming home from Kosovo on sick leave tomorrow- he needs to have his stomach checked. It'll be nice to see him for the first time since he left for Kosovo back in Febuary He'll be coming home again this June for a week's ordinary leave, then leaves for Kosovo again 'till August... he said I may be able to visit him- the Danish army rules!

So anything you want to bitch/whine about? Bet you anything you can't beat me

damn, you just can't stay out of the hospital can you? The upside is that if you are on morphine, and your horse does freak out, you wont have to take any pain meds after you fall off .

Hey, I only went to the DOCTOR this time, no hospital whatsoever!!!

And that's true- although I don't think the horse would appreciate if I attempted to ride in such an intoxicated state

Get another doctor and get another opinion, preferably a woman doctor.

My wife suffered the same way as you did and had she listened to her orig doctor we wouldn't have 2 daughters now (hmm after they fought like cats this morning maybe I should have gotten fixed!). Her new female doctor had a different prognosis.

The thing is this is the opinion of two hospitals and three GPs- two of them are female

However, it IS my choice- I highly doubt that I'll have children at the age of 25, and if I don't and I still want kids, I won't get my uterus removed- I do have to live with the pains though... but since it's been going on since I was 13, I guess a few more years won't make it worse

not exactly sure. I think the one I had was a 2003. The blue one is a mix of all the other kinds of wine. Not the best wine I've had, but none the less, pretty good. I think it was somewhere around $9 for it.
