I just wanted to share (self-plug) a lightning shot I got about 20 minutes ago. There is a severe storm about 40 miles to my north, up near the TX, OK border. I shot this from my front porch.

Cool, I can't wait until I go to Minneasota, at the start of June. Hopefully there will be lots of good storms out there, pictures are difficult though because usually the violent lightning occurs durring gale force winds, making it hard to stand outside with a tripod.Comment
