Not quite mentioned in the song but a track on Donald Fagen's latest album called "Security Joan" is described in the sleeve notes as "A sweet interlude at Laguardia. Traveling man and airport security babe "meet cute" "

What you can not find on the net:
. - Susan Raye Lyrics - L A International Airport Lyrics
Standing in the silent hall waitin' for the final call
Says he doesn't love me anymore
Shaking hands I pack a bag trembling voice I call a cab
Slowly I start walking to the door
The cab arrives he blows his horn I stumble at in the early morn
Tell him of the place I've got to go
Cared a hundred single nights paid her bills and a traffic fine
Gettin' through these doors that's been so slow
LA International Airport where the big jet engines roar
LA Internation Airport I won't see him anymore
The stewardess in a miniskirt a hippie in a leather shirt
I started on the way to Naples Row
While I'm wondering where it's at I see a Paris diplomat
Call his kids while trying to get back home
Baggage car goes quickly by see my face and start to cry
Stumble to the lounge to be alone
And while I'm trying to get some rest I bite my lips and try my best
To fight the pain that's making me leave home
LA International Airport...
With silver wings across the sky paper trails and wave goodbye
To those below who've got to stay at home
I wish that I had flown at night so I could take that champagne flight
Rid myself of every tear I own
Soaring high above the heaven in a 747 fighting back the tears that curse my eyes
Captain's voice so load and clear amplifies into my ear
Insuring me and flying friendly skies
LA International Airport...

Theres one called "airport" by The Motors, a hit in the UK late 70's, the song mentions jet plane, runways and baggage, but not an actual airport name!
Also, again for you UK people, Luton Airport, by Lorraine Chase/Cats UK, another minor hit.
How about Typically Tropical, Barbados - mentions of Bridgetown:
"Ladies and gentlemen, we are now commencing our approach into Bridgetown Barbados
The weather is fine with approximate temperature of 90 degrees Fahrenheit
The sky is blue and the palm trees are really cool
Captain Wilkock and his crew hope you have had a pleasant flight
And that you will fly Coconut Airways again "

Originally posted by CrismI'm pretty sure Ludacris has mentioned ATL a few times
Anyway, there is a song called "LAX" by Xhibit, and yes he does mean the airport which is made obvious by the planes in the background. Pretty cool song.

Walking in Memphis - Marc Cohn
And I boarded the plane
Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues
In the middle of the pouring rain
W.C. Handy — won’t you look down over me
Yeah I got a first class ticket
But I’m as blue as a boy can be
