  • Ghana got humiliated by the Brazilian mobs.... Bwahahahaha The ghanese team needs more effort. But they played alright.

          • But that's how things seem to be going in this WC. Out of the last 8 teams, we have:
            3 teams that played crappyfor most of their games, yet shot goals at the right time even if the game didn't look like it (ENG, FRA, BRA)
            1 team that bought its own referee (ITA)
            1 team that was practising rugby against HOL and played utter crap before that (POR)
            1 outsider team that is making the best out of its position (UKR)
            2 teams that actually tried to play real good football, one of which will be forced to leave after the quarter finals (GER, ARG).
            The idea that either Italy or the Ukraine could be in the semi-finals while either Germany or Argentina will go home is annoying. Too bad that not both teams could buy themselves a ref that will give a simultaneous penalty for both GER and ARG in the 97s minute of the regular game time after a total of 7 players have been sent off the field, 3 more injured, and a total of 21 yellow cards, with Germany's captain Ballack puking on the lawn after a free kick while an overweight forward is celebrating a goal in the stands .

              You obviously dont get the point of it, Ghana as an outsider team was not expected to be in the 1/8 finals, when you run Brazil over with lots of Ballpossesion, lots of Chances and so on, but just can't finish it, you are obviously a better team, Brazil got humiliated just for that, their goals where just pure luck!

                    I guess you only mentioned Argentina as trying to play good football because you know that they will probably send Germany out of the tournament. Unless the Argentinian keeper plays really bad and doesn't save all the 20-30 metre German shots that seem to be the only thing that Germany is really good at.

                      Hell no. Ghana were the underdogs. They have nothing but respect for getting as far as they did and playing the way they did against big name teams.

                        First off, the only advantage given in soccer is if it is to the team that did not commit the offense benifits by continuing of play. Ie, you dont penalise the non offending team. If play continues it continues, if its stopped its stopped, once the decision has been made its not reversed.So if he allows you to pass and your intercepted, its still play on. Unless the pass was bad because of the offence.

                        Second, No im not sure, 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16, 13 numbers, lets say i didnt start straight away when i turned 4 and that makes 12.5? . My dad was my coach from 4-7 then when we moved to CHC he stopped. Moved to my current club which ive been at ever since.

                          Haha, if you believe that . This isn't the German team that always just lost to the big teams, this team actually has potential for much higher things, and nothing can stop us now if we take control of Riquelme.

                            Good thing you're in a neutral position otherwise I might not have believed you

                            Should be a good match, it seems exactly 50/50. If it goes to a shootout I reckon the Argentines have the advantage, especially with Kahn being benched.
