Well, I used the wrong term I guess. It's just that I get really irritated when I hear people (and you didn't say this) talk about how they loooove music and Green Day is their favorite band and they only couple of songs that they've heard is off of 'American Idiot.'

I guess that's just me, I don't really like the 'radio' music that everyone else listens to, except for the recent hit 'Dani California' just because I have loved RHCP since way back.

My music taste's are more unique I guess you could say in that if you looked at my iPod you more than likely wouldn't know a lot of them. Or at least, that's what happens when some of my friends listen to them.

As for Metallica and the rest of them, yes they sold out...but I still like them. I just don't like green day anymore. I used to love them, back in the 'Dookie' days. But now...all I seem to hear is 'I walk this lonely road...' blah blah blah.

    *rant mode over*

BTW, Chris was that meant to be a typo for Microsoft in your sig?

Oh no, not the sellout argument again . Going by that argument, the RHCPs (damn, how could I forget them?), SOAD, Metallica, and many other bands are sellouts as well. So tell me, what makes them a sellout?

maybe because you have a weird music taste ?
There, I edited the list to make it right.

Green Day isn't a band, or they shouldn'y count as one.Not any more anyways, they're sellouts

And I just realised...it's not coming out until the 11th here

I like Time is Running Out and maybe Stockholm Syndrome, but I'm not a real big Muse fan. A friend has Muse sweatbands. That's...amazing. I didn't know they made band sweatbands.

And as far as those lyrics go, damn, and people think SOAD's lyrics are weird.

Matt bless him has a mind of his own anyway! a complete looney that wrights about feeling and emotion and above all fear.... but sunburn.... haha the lyrics in that song are to funny!

    "Come waste your millions here
    Secretly she sneers
    Another corporate show
    A guilty conscience grows

    And I'll feel
    A guilty conscience grow
    And I'll feel
    A guilty conscience grow

    She burns like the sun
    And I can't look away
    And she'll burn our horizons
    Make no mistake"

and plug in baby is a corker!

    "I've exposed your lies, baby
    The underneath no big surprise
    Now it's time for changing
    And cleansing everything
    To forget your love

    My plug in baby
    Crucifies my enemies
    When I'm tired of giving
    Wooah

    My plug in baby
    In unbroken virgin realities
    Is tired of living
    Ooh

    Don't confuse
    Baby you're gonna lose
    Your own game
    Change me
    And replace the envying
    To forget your love

    My plug in baby
    Crucifies my enemies
    When I'm tired of giving
    Wooah

    My plug in baby
    In unbroken virgin realities
    Is tired of living
    Ooh

    And I've seen your loving
    Mine is gone
    And I've been in trouble
    Ooh yeah"
